Areas We Serve From Bee Cave

From our Bee Cave office, we help owners sell what they've built and help buyers find a company worth taking over, across the towns nearby. Meetings happen in person, by phone or on video, so a long drive is seldom needed. One call gets you a free, confidential valuation.

The towns we cover

Many of our sellers and buyers come from Bee Cave, Lakeway, Belterra and Barton Creek. We also work often with owners in Steiner Ranch, West Lake Hills and Hudson Bend. A shop owner in one town often sells to a buyer from the next town over, so we keep our reach wide on purpose.

Further out, we take listings and register buyers in Lago Vista, Jonestown, Dripping Springs and Shady Hollow. If your business sits outside these towns, call anyway. Most of a deal runs by phone and video, and we'll tell you straight if we can help.

What to know about deals in this area

  1. 01

Permits that go with the business

Many permits don't pass to a buyer on their own. A mixed beverage permit, a food establishment permit or a sales tax permit usually has to be applied for by the new owner. We list every permit the business holds early, sort out which ones a buyer must reapply for, and build that time into the closing date so the doors stay open.

  2. 02

    Seasonal sales and timing

Spring and summer bring more traffic to many businesses around the lakes and the Hill Country. Buyers see those swings in the books. We show at least a full year of figures, so a slow winter doesn't scare a buyer off and a busy summer doesn't set a price the deal can't hold.

  3. 03

    Leases, zoning and city rules

Each city and county sets its own rules on signs, zoning and occupancy. If the business leases its space, the landlord usually has to approve the new owner. We pull the lease early and flag assignment clauses, renewal dates and zoning questions before a buyer gets far along.

  4. 04

    Keeping a sale quiet

These are close-knit communities, and word travels. We market listings without naming the business. Buyers sign a confidentiality agreement before they see any financials. Your staff, customers and suppliers hear about the sale when you decide.

  5. 05

    How we meet

Come to our office, or we talk by phone or video. Plenty of owners never need to leave their shop until closing.

Find out what your business is worth

Listing with us costs you nothing up front, with no retainer to sign and no surprise charges later. Our fee comes out of the sale, so we're paid only once you are. If you'd rather buy, register on the same call, since new listings reach registered buyers first.
